Initial Design: I work with you to come up with a postcard template layout that we’ll use moving forward.
Updated Design: This is where I use the information from your just listed or just sold property to customize the postcard. During this phase, colors can also be switched if you like to use multiple colors in your marketing.
A Pre-Listing Packet is a great tool to show off your skills, let your clients learn a little bit more about you and how you do business, and let them know why you chose your brokerage.
